Refills of all medications, including narcotics, will be provided Monday through Friday during regular office hours. As a courtesy, we ask that you notify our office with your refill request at least 48 hours in advance of needing your medication. Please note that we may not be able to complete your refill request before the weekend if we do not receive your request by Thursday afternoon.
Medication refills will only be given to individuals under current treatment by one of our providers. In the event that you have not been seen by one of our providers within the last 6 months, a follow-up visit may be required. Alteration of a prescription or use of medication against medical advice will not be tolerated and will be considered grounds for termination of treatment or dismissal from our practice.
This policy is effective as of JANUARY 1, 2010 and applies to Neurology, Sleep & Pulmonary Specialists.
